Climate Activism: A Panel Discussion

In honor of Earth Month, please join the University of California, Merced for a panel discussion about climate activism on Friday, 4/29 at 3 pm PDT.

Shay Muñoz Barton, she/her - Youth leader for H2OO and co-chair RAISE initiative

Kainoa Azama, he/him - Chair of the Inaugural Honolulu Youth Commission and a lobbyist for the Hawai'i Food+Policy, commits his time to regenerative approaches in tackling the climate crisis and conserving ocean ecosystems for future generations while seeking food security and clean water

Lydia Latifah Nansubuga, she/her - Youth leader for H2OO and her initiative Climate Smart Urban Farming

Nolwenn Salez, she/her - Intern at Pie Ranch in California between her undergrad and graduate schooling in France due to concern for the climate crisis and agriculture's role

Catherine Mongella, she/her - Executive Director of Earth Guardians
