Jen is a Foods and Nutrition instructor at Merced College. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from California State University, Fresno (GO DOGS!) and completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
