No Food Left Behind (NFLB)
The No Food Left Behind program aims to help redistribute surplus food from catered campus events. NFLB will reduce food insecurity and waste on campus by connecting students and staff to these events with message alerts that include the time, location, and food available.
No Food Left Behind will be an available option when ordering catering. Event organizers will have to select "yes" in the drop down menu when choosing to participate in NFLB. Choosing "yes" will register your event as a No Food Left Behind event. Surplus food will then be available to students and staff on campus to pass by and pick up any food. Students and staff will only have 15 minutes to collect any leftovers.
